Welcome to AVALON! Our goal is to create a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. By participating, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct, which ensures a positive experience for everyone.

Follow the Rules

When you access the services and products that we provide, we require that you use them in the manner in which they were intended to be used. Don’t reverse engineer, hack, bypass, or otherwise engage in behavior that is harmful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal. Don’t create, share, or play in ways that are unfair. Don’t cheat.

Be Nice

Treat others as you wish to be treated; no, really. Don’t harass, stalk, or abuse anyone. Don’t misrepresent yourself, discriminate, or act in a way that could disrupt the enjoyment of others or result in harm to someone else.

Share Prudently

Respect others’ contributions. Think carefully about what kinds of content you share. Don’t share yours or others’ personal information. Don’t share content that is illegal, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. Don’t share things that are copyrighted or trademarked. Don’t engage in commercial activity outside the scope of our products. Don’t share things that aren’t yours to share.

Create Responsibly

AVALON gives you powerful tools to build worlds, design characters, script behaviors, and generate new content, including with AI-assisted creation tools. You are responsible for everything you create and publish, whether you made it by hand or with our generative tools. Created content must follow the same rules as everything else: no content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, or deceptive, no content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, and no content designed to harm, exploit, or mislead other players.

Content you publish to the marketplace or share in public worlds may be reviewed by our moderation systems and team. We may remove content that violates this Code of Conduct, and repeated or serious violations may result in loss of creation or publishing privileges. Marketplace and Economy

Fair play is essential in AVALON’s marketplace and in-game economy. Don’t exploit bugs, duplicate items or currency, or manipulate prices or systems to gain an unfair advantage. Buy, sell, and trade only through the sanctioned mechanisms we provide, and don’t buy or sell accounts, items, or in-game currency for real money outside of our products. We may reverse fraudulent transactions and remove ill-gotten items or currency. Keep your account secure and private. Do not share your account!

See Something; Say Something

We’re building this community together. We encourage everyone to exemplify the values that they want to see reflected back at them. We encourage people to report bugs, cheats, and exploits, through the official channels, and to ensure that the culture of our community reflects our shared commitment to this collective experience. If you see someone violating this Code of Conduct, let them know, kindly. And if it persists, let us know.

Consequences and Enforcement

Violations of this, or any of our Agreements, may result in warnings, removal of content, removal of ill-gotten items or currency, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. Co-conspirators and co-offenders will be similarly punished. Where violations involve fraud or other illegal activity, we may report the conduct to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities and cooperate with their investigations.
